What We Offer
2x2 House Watch offers a range of services to meet the needs of every client. We know that trust is earned and we want every home owner to know that you can trust us to make sure your house is well taken care of while you are away. We offer exterior perimeter checks, interior walk throughs, thermostat monitoring, flushing toilets, running faucets, checking for leaks, same day visit updates, collecting mail, and making sure your packages are placed inside. We are available for extra services such as watering plants, starting stored vehicles, or other miscellaneous requests.

Anywhere from $200 for the month to do weekly checks. The minimum would be $200 and there would be a checklist for what you are requesting be done.

This would include checking on your property two times a month. This would be $125 a month.

Having us check on your property would be $75 a month.

We are available for any of your last minute calls if there is something you believe is urgent that needs to be checked on. Price would be determined after discussion.
